The Pixi Cat Fountain is the cutest way to keep kitty hydrated and healthy. Cats prefer drinking from flowing water, as such the water fountain encourages your cat to drink in order to stay healthy and avoid urinary tract issues. Cleverly designed for both appeal and functionality, the Pixi Cat Fountain not only looks cute but has all the features required for a premium drinking fountain. The quiet pump is suspended in the fountains reservoir for silent circulation, while the spout creates an arc of water for your cat to drink comfortably from. A coloured LED lights indicates the water level and when the fountain needs refilling, and if it runs out of water the fountain will automatically shut down. Additionally a white nightlight in the nose makes sure you don't bump into the fountain at night. As well as the included wall plug and cord, the Pixi Cat Fountain comes with a triple action filter which softens your cat's water and removes dust, hair and other impurities. The filter should be replaced every 30 days for best results (additional filters can be bought separately). How do I care for my sheets?

How quickly will you dispatch my order?
We aim to dispatch your items the next business day following receipt of your order. During busy sale or promotional periods and other special events, there may be a delay in dispatching your order due to an increase in order volumes. Once items are dispatched from MyHouse, you should expect delivery within 2-10 days depending on your location. Please visit Australia Post to estimate delivery time to your location.
How can I track my order?
We use the Australia Post tracking service, allowing you to trace your parcel at any time. Once the Item has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email within hours advising of a tracking number and page to follow the progress of your delivery. You can also use the tracking number provided to track the progress of your order directly through Australia Post (https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search).
Only one or some of my items arrived. Where is the remaining?
Depending on the size of your order, sometimes items will be split between multiple boxes and can arrive different times depending on the allocation by Australia Post. Please check your tracking through Australia Post to see any potential order splits.

Can I change my order once I have made my purchase online?
