The packaging is missing warning information about:

·       the dangers of button/coin batteries to children

·       what to do when a person suspects someone has swallowed or ingested a button/coin battery inside any part of their body

 Non-compliance - pertaining specifically to the product which does not meet the mandatory standard for products containing coin/button batteries

 The hazards to consumers:

·        Children are at risk of choking, severe internal burn injuries or death if they swallow or place button or coin batteries inside their bodies.

·       Serious injury can occur in as little as 2 hours and the results can be fatal. In Australia, children have suffered serious injuries or died from swallowing button/coin batteries.
