The Shun Classic Vegetable Cleaver, often known as a Chinese cleaver, is a large squared knife with a very wide blade. Every part of it can be useful. The edge is used to chop vegetables, particularly larger ones like cabbage, which are commonly used in Chinese cuisine. Nonetheless, some chefs believe their cleaver to be agile enough for practically any type of chopping and slicing. The flat of the blade is also useful for slicing garlic cloves or ginger. The Shun Classic Vegetable Cleaver feels sturdy, but Shun's narrower blade makes it comfortable to wield, making food preparation a delight. Please do not use the Vegetable Cleaver on joints, bones, or flesh. Shun Classic knives include Damascus-clad blades and D-shaped ebony PakkaWood® handles. We use the Australia Post tracking service, allowing you to trace your parcel at any time.
