Pillows for different Sleeping Positions

Back

Sleeping on your back leaves a small gap for your pillow to fill, and with the wrong support you’ll be waking up to headaches and neck pain.

Keep your neck and spine aligned with a low or medium loft pillow like memory foam!

Side

If you’re a side sleeper your shoulder is taking the brunt of the pressure at night, so your pillow should be able to fill that gap and keep you aligned.

Depending on your size and shape, a medium to high loft pillow will give the support you need.

Tummy

Sleeping on your stomach can put your back and neck under a lot of stress by lifting your head to an unnatural position. This is the least preferred sleeping position.

Keep your spine as neutral as possible with a low loft pillow with a soft fill like feather or down!

All Positions

If you move around in your sleep, then you need a pillow that has the correct height and confirming to minimise the amount of movement.

It is recommended to choose the material you are most confortable with and then decide on the depth.

Customer Testimonials

"This arrived last week and finally got a good night sleep- first time in ages! Wife says I'm snoring less too! Highly recommend."

Douglas  - 08/30/21

"Very cosy but not firm enough for me, I need to put something small under it for extra support but I'm not waking up with a sore neck anymore so that's a bonus :)"

Nicola W  - 05/19/21

"I bought this pillow after a friend recommended as I suffer from a bad neck and headaches. With this pillow my neck feels so much more supported, I have less headaches and sleep so much better. I am very happy with this pillow and would highly recommend."

Sweat, drool and natural oils from your skin and hair are an inevitable part of your sleep, and if you’re not careful they can get into your pillows.

This not only creates bad smells that you continue to breathe in, but depending on the fill of your pillow they can create a nasty atmosphere where bacteria thrive.
